The Challenge

Nathan Kingsbury is a passionate interior designer who places the client at the centre of everything he does.

To coincide with the launch of his new website, Nathan called in Teralon to create high quality content that captured the premium craftsmanship that he puts into his work.

The Strategy

The approach was to capture Nathan’s designs and products in-situ after they had been installed in clients’ homes. Our creative style mirrored the refined, beautifully functional nature of Nathan’s work, showing off both character and quality. A mix of minute details and sweeping overviews was required to truly portray the quality of Nathan’s creations.

The Solution

With the intent of furnishing the new website and creating content for social media posts, Teralon produced a branding film introducing Nathan and his services, and four case study films for for specific projects. Alongside this, a photographic portfolio was created, with snaps from many more of Nathan’s pieces.

FOCUS: Postgraduate Courses

The Challenge

The School of Geography at Queen Mary University of London contacted Teralon to help update their postgraduate degree course testimonial video .

The Strategy

After a few strategy sessions, it became clear that the ultimate aim was to promote the postgraduate courses, and connect with hesitant undergraduate students.

Rather than simply giving a factual account of what the courses involve, Teralon suggested a move away from the testimonial format towards something with more inspirational tones. However, the core facts and figures were still important to get across.

The Solution

We chose to convey all factual statistics in rapid succession though an overwhelming narration. In this way the information was still transmitted almost subliminally, leaving viewers free to connect with the empowering and inspirational message beneath: focus your studies, and achieve your goals.

Le Chardon Mountain Lodges

The Challenge

Over the past 2 decades, Le Chardon’s 5 traditionally designed luxury ski chalets in Val D’Isere have offered guests 5 star catering, service, atmosphere, and comfort in the french alps.

The Strategy

Le Chardon’s high-end, refined, and personal touch was central to our message.

Teralon worked alongside Le Chardon’s marketing team to simultaneously introduce the breathtaking views, beautiful chalets, and exceptional service.

The Solution

Teralon produced a full video marketing package with 1 overview film introducing Le Chardon & their ethos, and 5 individual chalet videos to showcase each of their alpine retreats.

In addition to this, a series of bite-size social media clips were produced to attract new customers & convert "likes" into bookings.

The Challenge

Based in Bordeaux (France), Decanter Tours delivers the best tailor made, luxury wine holidays you will ever experience. Our task was to communicate Decanter Tours' ethos and provide branding assets to attract new customers.

The Strategy

In order to spark every epicurean's interest, we relied on the extremely visual nature of the beautiful Bordelais wine region whilst introducing Decanter Tours' high-end,  personal, and bespoke service.

The Solution

Teralon produced a series of films and photographs to give prospective customers a glimpse of the Bordelais region and inspire discovery, culture, and wine education.

Cambridge May Balls

The Challenge

The University of Cambridge (UK) have traditionally hosted the largest and most prestigious end of academic year balls, frequently exceeding 2,500 guests in attendance.

Teralon were brought in to produce highlight films for St John's college (2015), Sidney Sussex college (2016), and Corpus Christi college (2017). These serve as  mementos for those present, incentives for future guests, and marketing assets to attract prospective sponsors.

The Strategy

The aims were to convey a comprehensive view of the night’s atmosphere, covering the excitement of the crowds, the myriad of decorations and activities, and the scale of the events.

The Solution

With teams of up to 7 members, Teralon covered the nights from the ground and from the sky to show off the true scale of the events.

The resulting after movies are now regarded to be the leading promotional films for all Cambridge may balls.

Queen Mary University of London

The Challenge

Teralon has long worked alongside Queen Mary University of London, answering all their video needs. 

On this occasion, we were called in to film an aerial showreel for Queen Mary University of London's main campus.

We are very excited to share this with you as we are one of very few companies to have gained permission to fly inside of central London's restricted airspace.

The Strategy

A full drone flight service was provided from health and safety assessment, through to the final edit. The aim was to show off all areas of the campus at it's best!

The Solution

Teralon spent months working alongside QMUL's staff, planning flight paths, assessing health and safety risks, pre-visualising optimal shots, and of course waiting for British weather to clear.

When time came to fly, our team of aerial cinematography experts safely and efficiently collected shots of the campus over two days of filming.
